This channel can be used by any person, whether part of the Company or outside it, and who has been aware of or has indications of the existence of conduct that generates regulatory, legal and/or criminal breaches. Complaints or Claims that are presented will be processed with the objective of promoting the necessary investigations, verifying the integrity and veracity of the information provided and urging the correct resolution of the files that are processed, including, where appropriate, the appropriate sanctions.
